Warere Beach Hotel is nestled on a secluded strip of beach, east of Nungwi, one of the most popular beaches in Zanzibar. Nungwi is known for its crystal blue water, phenomenal sandy beaches, snorkeling, and great nightlife. The hotel is located in a quiet, isolated stretch of beach that allows for privacy and pure relaxation, yet easy access to all the action Nungwi has to offer whenever you need a little excitement.
The view from our beach is breathtaking, and we designed our hotel around this spectacular view. Each of our individual bungalows has views to the beach with three special beach front rooms positioned on the high tide mark, so you feel like you are floating on the Ocean.
ROOMS
Our rooms feature modern architectural technology that harnesses the power of the ocean winds for a “natural” A/C. In each bungalow, the ceiling leads to a cleverly designed wind tunnel, which allows guests to relax in a room cooled by nature itself. Windows can be left open as all rooms have full mosquito netting on the doors and windows. For days when the winds are low, each room is also equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
